The classes of building permits, effective August 12, 2022, have undergone an update in values defined by Ordinance No. 212/2022, of August 23. The government intends, with this change, to increase competitiveness and support the economy and companies in the construction sector. Ordinance 119/2012, of April 30, is thus revoked. Classes
